Hello, beloved readers! Today, I have some good news to share with all of you in Nakhon Pathom and Nakhon Sawan provinces. The exciting news is that the Central Development Group is preparing to open the Miexd-use project in the heart of both cities, namely Central Nakhon Sawan and Central Nakhon Pathom. Let's begin with Central Nakhon Pathom. I must mention that this project is located on an area of over 100 rai, with a project value of 8.2 billion baht. The CPN Group aims to target the new generation, including those in Nakhon Pathom province and the western region, with the concept of 'The Emerging Eco City - Creating a New City, a Large-scale Sustainable Miexd-use Development for the New Generation, Emphasizing Co-Creation.'

The shopping center itself will have an area of approximately 69,000 square meters and will include:

Let's continue with Central Nakhon Sawan, which I must say is a collaboration between CPN and the Medical Group to develop the project into a Mixed-use format. It will be divided into zones for the Central Group and the Medical Group.

The medical facility, in particular, will be able to accommodate up to 255 beds in a 13-story building equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology. This facility spans over 7 rai within the project, with shared access to the Central Group's zone.

On the Central Group's side, the shopping center itself will have an approximate area of 76,000 square meters and will come with a parking building capable of accommodating up to 1,650 vehicles. The front area of the shopping center will be open as an activity space, which can be used for morning and night markets to cater to a diverse group of customers and contribute to the development of Central of Life in Nakhon Sawan.

But that's not all. In addition to the shopping center, Central has plans to further develop other projects, including hotels and condominiums. Central Nakhon Sawan is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2567 (2024).

Central Nakhon Sawan is strategically located in the heart of Nakhon Sawan, precisely at the intersection of Phaholyothin Road and Rangsanoythai Road.
