Let me tell you that currently, numerous real estate developers worldwide have started showing interest in buying and selling virtual properties in the Metaverse. They recognize the potential growth in digital investments in the future. Today, Genie will present three Thai real estate brands that are interested in joining the Metaverse for you to enjoy and explore.

SC Asset

Let's start with the brand SC Asset. I must begin by mentioning that SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited achieved its highest record in the financial year 2021, with a total revenue of 19,515.58 million baht and a net profit of 2,062.13 million baht. This information is based on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

At the same time, SC Asset has successfully set its main goals for the year 2022 through the Business Direction announcement, and what's particularly noteworthy about this announcement is that Mr. Nuttaphong Kunakornwong, the CEO of SC Asset, appeared in the form of a CEO Avatar, fully prepared to step into the Metaverse. SC Asset will lead the SC Thriving for Good plan, which spans a four-year period from 2022 to 2025.

In the year 2022, SC Asset's plan includes the launch of 27 new projects with a total value of over 40,000 million baht.

Ananda Development

Come to the next brand, Ananda Development. In the year 2565, Ananda prepared to launch seven new projects with a total value of over 28 billion baht. In the past year, 2564, the company's financial performance had a revenue of approximately 3,009.18 million baht, although the figures are not yet finalized. This information is referenced from the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

Ananda Development evaluated the economy for the year 2565 and saw positive signs as foreigners started investing in the real estate sector in Thailand after the COVID situation improved, although not significantly. The planned new investment projects consist of 5 condominium projects and 2 housing projects. The interesting part is the introduction of new condominium brands, Coco Park and Culture.

Ananda introduced a new strategy called "Ananda New Blue," which encompasses everything beyond technology, data, and innovative living concepts. Over a period of more than two years, Ananda has invested to enhance the back-end systems to create an excellent platform called "New Normal Working." This platform offers convenience and solves consumer problems comprehensively.

Regarding the "Ananda New Blue" strategy, Ananda has released a 1.43-minute video showcasing the future condominium style of two projects that have never been seen before.

We cannot overlook the preparations for entering the Metaverse. As we know, Ananda introduced "Wunni" at the end of 2564 to establish a customer base in line with the company's target group, the new urban generation (Gen Z).

MQDC

Let me start by saying that the brand we're about to discuss has already embarked on a global-scale project. Based on the research conducted by Genie, this project was conceived by T&B Media Global, a company with extensive knowledge in various creative fields. After registering its subsidiary in the United States stock market (NASDAQ), the company announced a significant investment in building the "Translucia" Virtual Metaverse, the first of its kind in Thailand. The initial investment for this project alone amounts to over 10 billion baht.
